Student Health services strives to reduce the number of incidences of student absenteeism related to accidents, illnesses, and communicable diseases. With each school having its own nurse, the district has the ability to provide health assessments of students to promote early referral for healthcare. School nurses also promote health and wellness for department personnel, faculty, staff, and volunteers.
