ESL Classes (English as a Second Language)
This program is intended for adults whose native language is NOT English. It concentrates on teaching survival English and citizenship skills. Students from all nations are welcome and attend the same class meetings. It is not uncommon to have speakers of several languages at the same time.
Enrollment Process:
Students must be at least 17 years old and not currently enrolled in high school.
Students must complete a registration form provided by the school
Students must complete a language assessment before beginning classroom instruction. Each site's instructor will schedule the assessment with enrolling students.
Before attending the first class, students must be tested, registered, and have all fees paid.
